General Info:

Reservation: Reservation made with D & F Bounce House & Party Rentals require a Non-Refundable deposit in advance of the events to secure reservation. In the event of cancellation, Deposit will be applicable for a future bookings, but it will not be refunded. We will call you should your reservation appear to run the risk of interference as a result of poor weather. At that time, you will have the option to reschedule your reservation.

Delivery:Call us for prices outside our delivery area. Each unit will be delivered anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 1/2 hours before your party. We will not be billed for this time. You pay for your reserved Jump time only.

Set-Up it will take 15-20 minutes to set up the unit, inspect for safety, check operation, and we will go over the contract guidelines. Please refer to all instructions and guidelines listed on our rental contract. It is important that all users follow the rules listed on contract. If no electricity is available a generator can be used with an additional rental fee.

Payment:all payments are due at the time of set-up. payment must be made in cash on delivery. We will not wait or come back for payments. All staff have been informed if payment is not made on delivery to pick up item and cancel your rental due to non payments. We fullfill our part so fullfill yours.

Loss of Power:Units will slowly start to deflate when there is a loss of electrical power. It's important to stay calm if this should happen. The adult supervisor should help all users safely exit the unit. Once everyone has exited the unit check if the on/off switch on the blower has not been turned off or if the blower has become unplugged. Is so, make sure blower is turned off before your plug the blower again and then turn the switch to on position, and the unit will re-inflate again. If you continue to have this problem contact us for assistance.

Weather:should rain of heavy winds arrive, you want to evacuate the unit as quickly as safely as possible. Please dry inside of unit with towels prior to resuming use.

Damage: If the jumps becomes damaged while in operation, assist all users from the unit and deflate it. Contact us immediately. Do not attempt to continue operation of the unit. Any damage done to our unite we mat impose up to $5,000. So treat your rental as if was yours.

Pick Up:
Rental bounce houses will be picked up at end of your reserved time. Let us know if an exact pick-up time is needed. Please remember that it will take up 30 minutes for take down and removal of units. All parks pick will be made no later than 6:30-7pm depending on daylight saving hours. If we arrange next day pick we may also impose to change that and pick up at 9pm if unite go out next day. We do our pickup at the end of the day starting from 8pm-10pm on privte residence. No late pick up if unite go out next day regardless of time your quest arrived late. So schedule correctly.
